Karen Garrison – Practice Director

Karen Garrison joined Lucidity in late 2011 as a Practice Director responsible for helping to grow Lucidity’s utilities vertical practice.  Before joining Lucidity, Karen was the Vice President and CIO for an Ohio Utility company. Karen has more than 22 years of leadership, project management, and information technology experience.  Her career has included leadership roles on both the consulting and customer side for various industries including utilities, manufacturing, and the public sector. Karen brings to Lucidity a great deal of experience in transformational leadership and successfully addressing the strategic, operational, technical, team, and cultural challenges encountered in major systems implementations and technology planning and management efforts.

Karen Garrison has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from West Virginia Institute of Technology and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Also, Karen has held multiple leadership positions with regional and national applications user and customer groups. Karen lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband and two college-aged children.
