Constance Thomason – Vice President, Operations

Constance Thomason joined Lucidity in Fall 2011 with over 20 years experience in IT professional services.  As Vice President of Operations, she is responsible for project management and oversight, quality assurance, human resources and business operations.

Prior to joining Lucidity, Constance served as a Senior Director within Oracle’s Tax & Utilities Global Business Unit.  Previous roles include Global Service Delivery Director for Newmont Mining Corporation, Senior Project Executive and numerous other leadership positions in the telecommunications sector of IBM.   Her focus has been centered in systems integration, outsourcing, program management and business operations.

Constance resides in Denver, Colorado and maintains active involvement in her community and volunteers for the local church.  She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.   She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and travel.
