2012 & Beyond
In mid-September 2011, Clint Brice came to Lucidity as the new CEO. Clint believes that the success of Lucidity is the result of both the need for a mid-market consulting firm in the asset- and process-intensive industries and the commitment of the company to literally give itself in complete service to its customers:
It’s important to have a complete lifecycle of services for our customers – Advisory. Integration. Sustainment. These are a priority for Lucidity and a foundation for our continued growth. We have a very strong customer sense. We share our experience. We have to help our customers define their business problems, put a plan together to resolve them, integrate applicable solutions that drive transformation, and sustain results. We made a commitment to serve our customers and to be faithful to their needs.”
In addition to traditional consulting services, sometimes our customers just need help with roles and responsibilities they need to fulfill, like a Business Analyst or a Systems Administrator/DBA. Sometimes our customers just need to outsource logical units of work where they do not have the capacity during peak times with a partner they can trust as one of their own team.
Lucidity does very little advertising and marketing beyond the web site and industry conferences, relying mostly on word of mouth, strategic partners, customer references, and business development activities to earn customer engagements and partnerships. According to Clint,
Lucidity is a small company with the services that have the feel of a much larger company. We have the spirit of customer service and tenacity for delivering solutions. The desire to exceed customer expectations is strong here. People sense that.
Today, Lucidity’s focus is on exceeding the needs of our current and future customers by expanding into a full services consulting firm. This means we have added Advisory & Planning services and Sustainment services to our Integration core services. Lucidity has also added additional technologies such as Infor and PowerPlan in order to broaden our integration capabilities.
We want to retain our customers for life advising, transforming, and supporting our customers throughout their business lifecycles. As a privately held company that is owned by our partners and employees, we have a strong vested interest in the success of customers.
