Welcome to the new Lucidity Consulting Group!
Lucidity was founded in 2001 by a group of experienced consultants who believed the mid-market was missing a systems integration partner who could effectively implement Oracle software and technology. Over a decade later, Lucidity has successfully delivered over a hundred enterprise implementations and continues to be a valuable systems integration partner to the mid-market.
The year 2012 marks the beginning of a new decade and a new direction for Lucidity. Just as the economy has changed, so have the technologies available to the industries we serve. In line with this evolution, Lucidity has expanded its portfolio in order to become a full services consulting firm that meets and exceeds the needs and expectations of our customers.
In addition to our traditional Oracle technology implementation and integration services for which we are best known, Lucidity is offering advisory and planning services, as well as, an increased focus on sustained business solution services. Although Oracle remains Lucidity’s single largest technology investment, Lucidity now offers additional technology solutions, including Infor and PowerPlan.
While the original founders were successful throughout the first decade, Lucidity recognized that the path to becoming a full services consulting firm required hiring a new, professional management team. In early 2011, Lucidity modified its governance model through the formation of a board of directors. That change in governance led to the creation of a CEO position and the hiring of Clint Brice as Lucidity’s new CEO.
Since his arrival in late 2011, Clint has assembled and will continue to assemble at Lucidity some of the industry’s most experienced and talented professionals and leaders. The quality of Lucidity’s team ensures that we will continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
